Flickering/weird effect on fences and other things
While playing games recently i’ve noticed that certain things like Fences or wires look really weird and kinda flicker, i don’t know the best way to describe it so i’ve linked a video i made that shows an example of it in the game L.A Noire, you can see it happening on the fence to the right and also kinda in the background with some of the lights. It happens in all games and seems to happen to fences, wires some shadows, nets. that kind of stuff. My CPU is an I7-9700K and my GPU is a GTX 1060 6GB. I don’t know what could be causing it and cant find any solution online.
Can see what you mean but cannot think what could be causing it
Do you have another monitor that you could try or alternatively does your present monitor have another type of video port that matches one on your GPU that is not being used.

I dont have another monitor, but the one im using is very old. Like it only has DVI and VGA. Could that be a reason?
I believe its an LED screen i bought like 4/5 Years ago from Dell. and i don’t have anything else i could try. So you reckon its just cause of the old monitor?
