Apologies for the no replies to your thread Sarafanknight, this can sometimes happen as to why is explained below, do you still need help with this?

If using a computer and not a mobile phone, please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your OP, edit your last opening post to include anything that you wish to add, when viewing the boards members/staff will always check out an OP that has no replies, if you reply to your own OP it can appear to others that you are already being assisted and your request for help could be overlooked, something that none of us want.

Hello Sarafanknight,

Spotted a couple of issues in your earlier Speccy report, any chance of posting an updated Speccy url for us.

We could also do with knowing the brand and model name or number of the PSU, what games you are having problems with and finally if you are being helped on any other forum/s, the latter because we don`t want to be offering any conflicting guidance or repeating steps that you may have already tried.

No problem as i will be around for a few hrs yet.

Reason why I asked about the games that you are having problems with was to see if they were all played online which can often point towards an internet issue, poor service/connectivity or security settings etc.

Which particular model of 750W Corsair PSU is it.

You need to address the following first and foremost and for the reasons explained below;

Partition 2
Partition ID: Disk #1, Partition #2
Disk Letter: C:
File System: NTFS
Volume Serial Number: 74167D1E
Size: 237 GB
Used Space: 213 GB (89%)
Free Space: 24.3 GB (11%)

For Windows to be able to run efficiently and to be able to update you need to have between 20 and 25% of the partition or drive available as free storage space at all times, if you don`t you risk Windows becoming corrupt or not being able to update which puts you at risk of malware attack.

Data only storage devices should not be allowed to get any lower than 10% of free storage space of the full capacity of the drive/partition on the drive, this also to avoid data corruption.

Please note that storage devices can physically fail if the amount of free storage space is allowed to drop below the required 10 or 20/25% minimum.

Uninstall as many unused programs, games, videos and music files as you can, post back when you have between 20 and 25% free storage on the C: drive/partition and we can go from there.
