PC freezes while playing games online.

Hi. My PC keeps crashing while playing games online. When I join a public match almost in any game I want to play it starts to freeze but when I play training then it wont crash or freeze.

I would really appreciate if somebody could help me fix this issue.

        Hi YetusHD, Welcome to PCHF!

When your computer crashes, does the computer actually blue screen and shut down or does just the game crash?

What power supply does your computer have? Have you updated your NVidia video drivers to the latest version?

No It doesnt show the blue screen. It randomly freezes and then puts me on bios. Yes I have updated the drivers and my psu is 350 watts.

What model of power supply do you have? Not all models of power supplies are equal and some brands are way better than others.

Do you have another power supply that is of higher wattage that you can use to test your system with? I am thinking that the computer freezes because its putting more load on the power supply and that is causing the computer to freeze because the power supply cannot handle the increased load.

Also are you overclocking any components?

Sorry for taking so long. I bought my PC from store and it doesnt show what model my power supply is.

How long have you had the computer, if new, take it back as by opening up the case to do any checks you may void any warranty, if the computer is not covered by any warranty, you need to take off the side of the case and get the PSU information for us, we need the brand and model name or number, as Evan has said some brands are way better than others and unfortunately most system building companies cheap out by using cheap generic imports to keep their build costs down.
