To begin with, these are my specifications:
So I’ve tried running games such as Grand Theft Auto V, Apex Legends, Fornite, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and they all seem to have a similiar problem. They’ll all run smoothly then the FPS will drop drastically and it’ll do it back and forth. On GTA V I’d have 70-80 FPS, then 10 seconds later I’m down at 16-20 then I’m back up 70-80 and it happens consenstly, back and forth. And I’m able to run GTA V perfectly fine.

So I don’t understand what the issue is. I’ve updated my BiOS, I’ve reinstalled my GeForce drivers, I’ve factory restored my PC, I reinstalled all of these games and it continues to happen. I’m confused.
