flickering screen in league of legends after windows update

Hi, after I updated my windows to version 1809 yesterday, when I started league of legends, the screen starts flickering in game. It is normal in the client lobby, but when the game starts, the screen flickers. I have tried the solutions given in the internet to disable xbox, which I am not sure even was active before, i just clicked off in all the ticked options. but it still did not work. It is flickering still.

Hello, I redownloaded the league yesterday and it worked. I don’t know what the problem was, but it hasn’t occured since then (I played 4 games after redownloading and they all worked).
