Low frame drops?

Which suggests that your hardware and software are both ok and the problem lays elsewhere, your internet connection being the only thing left.

Nothing has changed since I first got it, but how would I go about fixing/testing that?

You can try a Ping test to test your internet connection, see info here any issues with your internet connection can only be remedied by your provider I`m afraid.

My ping is 20ms, download is 51.56mbps, and upload is 11.70mbps. About normal if not a little higher than usual? Not sure about that but again, seems about the same as it’s always been?

I swapped networks, I have a dual channel one and it brought the ping down to 20, download to 177.68, and upload to 11.6

Let us know how you get on with trying the other benchmark tools.

As per the above, if you cannot run either of these tools we will need to see if we can find out why.

Something I remembered, It first happened after I got GTA V. When I first got it (thanksgiving day) it ran fine, but not long after I started seeing worse performance in the game and had to bring the settings down a fair bit.

I had a professional come in and check it. Supposedly it’s the motherboard. It’s both burned itself out with overuse (As they cheaped out on it) and the components are often times not designed for gaming. I am selling it and then building my own.
