You should be able to the software from the computers manufactures web site.

You can also get the software form the Realtek site.

I looked at lenovo site as well but it said everything is upto date. I tried to install from the realtek site, but the windows keep on saying the best driver has already been installed.
should I reset the network?

Reset the network or run the more verbose Tweaking.com Windows Repair.
Tweaking.com - Windows Repair Free/Pro

After that, reinstall the network driver.

This is going to fix any conflicts that your network driver had due to Tunnel Bear, but it probably won’t fix your ping.

250-300 ms sounds pretty normal for a wireless connection to a competitive online game. If you want better ping, you need a wired connection. There is no workaround for this.

It is a wired connection tho, fiber optical cable or ethernet to laptop. haven’t reached 250ms. 300 ms in 12 mbps and same in 20 mbps, so that looks a bit beyond normal.
i will try the reset one i guess.

Download the WLAN and Networking drivers and save them locally, uninstall and delete any drivers under Network Adapters, and reinstall the drivers. Run Windows Update afterwards.

you are the man. I deleted the driver and installed the networking driver, the result was the same drivers as the before was installed. but this time the advanced tab shows up the list. but the list shows quite a lot more than here : https://pchelpforum.net/resources/ho...onnection.121/ and there is no multigaming option there, instead there is multi channel.

Keep the settings as-is if you’ve noticed improvement. Report back if your ping seems abnormal again.
