    Every Game Crashes

    My specs: intel i7-8700k 6 core 3.7GHz,
EVGA GTX 1080 Ti SC Black edition
16b of Ram G skill TridentZ 3600 MHz
motherboard is a ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero
Seasonic Focus Plus 850W Gold PSU

Ok to start off, this computer is brand new with all new parts. I have read a post of a person who had the exact same issues as me. Any game I run, it will crash and give an error message. Like Pubg will open and run till the menu than crash with an error message saying “A PLAYER UNKNOWNS BATTLEGROUNDS process has crashed”. It will sometimes crash the application and let me have access to the desktop again and sometimes freeze the screen and force a hard restart. I have reset my computer, I have downloaded DDU and reinstalled drivers from the NVIDIA website (not the GeForce experience program). I honestly am fresh out of ideas. Any help will be appreciated.

edit: forgot to mention, I downloaded a bench mark and it crashed as well. I did the fire strike benchmark from 3DMark and it crashed within 5 seconds.

                Hi juicemanej.

Have you tried taking out the video card and using your motherboard’s onboard graphics and seeing if the computer crashes after running a benchmark?

Have you tried taking out one stick of RAM or trying the memory sticks in different slots to see if the computer still crashes? Are you overclocking any components?
