full tower gaming cases $500 - $1,000 ???

I see a few eBay sellers pricing full tower gaming cases for $500 - $1,000 (new & used). Is that normal? For example https://www.ebay.com/itm/Antec-DF-85...4AAOSw5cRZHTtO I will be selling one like this used/excellent condition soon. Bought mine brand new for $170 in 2011. I’m not a gamer anymore; was never hardcore. Never overclocked or even had dual video cards.
