Hi. I just bought nvidia gt 710(64 bit) GDDR3 graphics card. I had radeon hd 4350 card and in cs go i was getting around 35 fps(lowest settings). This card should be better for gaming but not in my case. Fps is around 30-50. But in League Of Legends fps has doubled. I reinstaled the system again becouse i thought the drivers were mixed but the problem occured again. Rest of my spec are: CPU-Amd Athlon II X2 215,Motherboard- AsusTek M2N68-AM SE2,4 GB of ram.
Lower fps with new card in cs:go

Maybe for like 10 fps. Today i bought amd phenom II X4 945 and fps is better for 8 fps. Its on 60-70 now on lowest settings. Idk why. Im league of legends i can play on high settings with 90fpsOriginally posted by Evan OmoHi filip825. Does lowering the resolution in CS:GO or lowering the video options improve the FPS at all?Comment

Each game will tax your hardware differently and CS:GO might be more demanding than League of Legends at the same resolution.
The NVidia GT 710 is quite a weak card having only a 64-bit bus width. While you have CS:GO open, download and run Process Explorer. When you open Process Explorer, click on View< System Information and click on the GPU tab and see what your GPU usage is while you have the game open.Comment
