Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:
Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP Configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors

It looks like you do have MSI Afterburner installed. This program does include a FPS,CPU,and Memory on screen display like the one in your screen shot.
Try this -

[li]Open MSI Afterburner – Go to settings. …[/li][li]Select the monitoring tab.[/li][li]Find Framerate[/li][li]Disable On-Screen Display.[/li][/ol]
It is also possible you have the steam counter enabled aswell. Which you can disable by -
