Install error

Good afternoon fellow gamers,
thanks for your time in advance
I downloaded a “copy” of Act of Aggression Reboot Edition CODEX, after extraction with 7Zip, I install with the famous error of “ISDONE.dll”
Iv tried 1) copy new isdone.dll into 32system folder 2) change virtual memory (but can’t register in cmd prompt)
Just a noob wanting to game, running, win10 on 64x with 16GB ram and GTX970

Turn off antivirus real-time protection see that will resolve the installation problem.

So the issue was that it only downloaded 98% before, now it downloaded all the way and you are able to play. I have seen files get corrupt like this before due to DNS time out issues. Please consider going through the How to speed up your internet guide I wrote, and tell your friends about the site if you know of anyone having any sort of issues.
