    CS:GO STUTTERS AND LAGS

Hello again, so when I changed my windows 7 to windows 10 my game started to have a freeze of 2 seconds from time to time, i dont know why, and whenever i start it, it takes a while to load, you have any idea what it might be? i have windows installed on ssd and csgo on hdd but i dont think thats the issue?

Have you tried installing CS:GO on the SSD instead? A regular HD will have more latency.

Try running Steam as Administrator, then try installing CS:GO to the SSD drive.

Have you ever been able to save or install anything on the SSD? How big and full is the SSD drive?

Some systems were shipped with a small SSD that was used as the Recovery Partition only.

              The system or the game.
              Has it improved how much?
Is the game up to date (patched)?
What is running in the background (updates, scans …)?
              What is slow time wise?

Thank you for the update the reason for the time to start may be due to the load of the configuration and settings.

Is the load faster than it was on the HDD?

ye it loads faster, but tbh i dont know what to add on video settings in-game like idk whats multisampling anti aliasing mode or texture filtering mode, but i dont think thats it but in overall i dont mind, its way faster and now i dont have lags/freezes while playing so its fine

Those are advanced graphic options, enabling smoother graphics but requires higher CPU/GPU usage and memory. It’s best just to leave them alone if you don’t know what they do (y)

Would you consider your issue resolved?
