    Computer screens

Hi can anyone help I have a desktop pc running two monitors and have done so for around the last 10 years suddenly one has gone black power to it but saying no signal, I have tried different cables and stress tested the graphics card all seem on I have four ports on the graphics card. Left screen in port 1 and screen on front of me in port 2 that’s the one gone no signal , I put the first screen into port 2 ti try and it works but the second screen in port 2 stays no signal , even in device manager it’s showing 1 screen only when always had 2, I clicked show hidden so a screen comes up but says not connected when it is, I don’t get it I even bought a new screen put it into each slot In graphic card and that’s saying no signal I have always had two screens I don’t get why one has just stopped working please can anyone help thanks

    Hi Airgirl

    Welcome to PCHelp forum.

Could you provide some more information.

Make and model of the Graphics card.

Can you put screen 2 into port 1 ?

Can you put screen 2 into one of the other 4 ports?

Also are you aware of any updates before this happened?

    Either Windows or GPU updates.
