okay I will use the computer for now and my power plan is high performance i will switch it to balanced I guess

do you think i should underclock my gpu a bit?

Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced unless you want to end up with a pile of melted plastic and ash when the PSU pops.

It wasn’t your RAM causing the issue then.

16gb ram (xmp enabled)

For your RAM to work at 3200MT/s you would need two matching sticks of RAM, 2 Xs 1600MT/s = 3200MT/s.

You only having the one stick of RAM rules out the suggestion that I was going to make which was to manually OC the RAM.
