    okay I will use the computer for now and my power plan is high performance i will switch it to balanced I guess

    do you think i should underclock my gpu a bit?

      Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced unless you want to end up with a pile of melted plastic and ash when the PSU pops.

                              It wasn’t your RAM causing the issue then.
