Ok new motherboard arrived. Clean windows install. Brand new NVME drive. Still getting the green screen and reboot. I’m at a loss now. I’ve replaced the PSU, GPU, CPU, cooler, Motherboard, RAM and NVME drive.

Has to be the new GPU, obviously then.
So same with the new mobo, old GPU in - all good, new GPU in - all crap?
Any other GPU is also crap?
Only other thing I can think of, if mobo and CPU support it, try removing the GPU and running the PC with the onboard graphics.
Next, try only having one memory stick in at a time, and try other slots.
Let’s get another Speccy report with the new hardware change.
I’ll see who else has ideas; @PeterOz @xrobwx71 @georgeks @Malnutrition @phillpower2Comment

Can I be that unlucky that I have had 2 GPUs with the exact same issue? If that’s the case then I’m not going to try a third. I’ll return it and get an Nvidia GPU instead. Currently I’m running some OCCT tests on my CPU and RAM but both are brand new and the issue was happening with my old CPU and RAM so I’m pretty sure it’s not that. I’ll test my old card in there after these tests have finished. Only thing I haven’t done it update bios on the new motherboard but given I had done that on my old one and it didn’t make a difference I’m not holding out much hope.Comment

So I returned it and picked up a 3080ti and put that in. Only had time to run 1x 20 cycle of steel nomad but it ran that fine whereas the 6800xt couldn’t get passed 4 or 5 cycles. Too early to dance naked in the street but hopefully I have a working GPU I’ll do more testing over the weekend. :crossed_fingers:Comment
