You need to check through all of the below and only post back here when everything has been done,

You have your installation media on a USB flashdrive, is that correct.

Have you changed the boot sequence so that your USB flashdrive is the first on the boot list.

Do you have a spare flashdrive that you can save the required drivers to.

Have you put the original GPU back in.

You are using a beta version of BIOS, did you update to it before or after your problems began.

Is the MB still on stock settings, no XMP or anything else changed.

You need a USB stick for the required drivers.

Your present version of Bios is a beta as can be seen below;

While we are on the subject of the MB, the homepage clearly shows the fastest RAM that the board can support;

Going offline now as I have an early start and have been online for 10hrs.

Notes for when you clean install, you must first of all disable secure boot and change to Legacy mode before you begin.

I will check back early in the morning, can I ask that you do not do anything other than what we have discussed meanwhile, hard as it may be.

Save from here to the thumbdrive the chipset drivers below;

AMD chipset driver ver:3.10.22.706

Save the latest video drivers from Nvidea, we don`t know which card is in there so we cannot provide a link.

I’m going to change boot sequence as soon as i get done sending this.

I just put the 3060 back in the PC.

Like i said im not sure, i think i updated it after the problem started.

Yes, MB is still on stock settings, no XMP, or anything else changed.

I have saved the AMD chipset driver ver:3.10.22.706 to the new USB

I have also downloaded the most recent driver for the 3060. Driver Version: 566.36 - Release Date: Thu Dec 05, 2024

I will now be sending this reply and changing boot sequence to the usb that the media installation is on.

I’m going to wait to change boot sequence as i still have to use the computer. As soon as you get online and reply i will change the boot sequence to the USB that was the media installation on it.

I don’t know why but when i disable secure boot it buts me to the BitLocker blue screen and i cant get off of it.

Is there a way to disable BitLocker so this doesn’t happen?

As has already been advised, you need to change from UEFI to Legacy boot first.

I’m sorry but I don’t see an option to enable legacy mode in the BIOS.

Ok I think I finally found it I see a “Launch PXE 0pR0M Policy” and a “Launch Storage 0pR0M Policy” do I set both these to “legacy only” or are these not the correct options?

Doesn’t look right, have you actually read your manual at all.

Want you want is fast and secure boot disabled and if you don’t see a Legacy boot option it will often be CSM ( Compatibility Support Mode ).

Its getting near the end of day for me.

Yes I see an option that just says “CSM”
it gives an enable or disable option.

Since it’s the end of the day can you give run down on what to do after I disable CSM and have the usb as boot option 1?

I already know how to do the fresh install, just don’t know how to install the drivers before window installs the bad ones.

You just put your boot media into a USB port and restart the computer.

Once Windows has installed you need to disconnect from the internet and install your drivers, chipset and then GPU.

NB: I cheat sometimes and do it from within Windows by putting in the USB stick, opening it and then double clicking on the setup.exe icon.

Be sure not to have any other USB sticks in the PC while you are installing Windows and please be aware that Windows will want to check for updates while it is installing, you can`t stop it so let it, it is only once Windows is installed that you disconnect from the internet while you install your drivers.

Will check back in the morning and good luck meanwhile.

Ok thanks I will try this right now. Also thanks for the good luck wishes because I’ll definitely need them.

Also what things should I download?
Should I only download the game I play and that’s it?

Alright I installed windows got to the desktop screen then disconnected Ethernet. When I was going to install chipset drivers all the drives installed besides the “AMD Processor Power Management Support” and the “AMD PSP Driver”
