Help plz!!! Newly built gaming PC boot taking longer than 70+ seconds

Built my first gaming PC with below equipment. Ram speed was showing 4400 in bios instead of 6000. Saw on YouTube about enabling XMP and since then boot went from 10 secs to 70+. If I flash bios boot speed is great but ram keeps showing below max.

What am I doing wrong? How do I get both the proper max speed of ram and good boot speed?

Let’s show the complete PC specs using Speccy by Piriform.
In Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
Paste that link into your post.
Is Speccy safe?

Let’s list your installed programs using MiniToolBox by FarBar.
In MTB, tick List Installed Programs, click Go then close the program.
A file MTB.txt is created in the same folder, attach that in your post.

Here you go: @Bruce - Speccy below + MTB file

Speccy’s snapshot: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/o...hZLp1mbBT2dKJO

btw had to remove cmos battery to reset bios values to default since i had messed with the ram speed and fclk and nothing was getting posted on display + no keyboard and no mouse.

With default bios values - boot time was 27 secs.

Ok so I got boot speed down to 11 sec (reported by task manager). I think thats pretty good. But why is my DDR speed still showing up at 4800 Mhz when it should be at 6000.

But if I can increase it to 5200, should I just manually increase that value to 5200 MHz instead of Auto?

Also I’m noticing air bubble sounds from the AIO that I’ve mounted to the top. Very slight.

Never used an AIO b4 and I’ve tried lots of things but the air bubbles doesn’t go away. Should I just go and replace the AIO (in case this is defective) or buy a new AIO (currently using the deepcool mystique 360)?

Try it.

Air bubbles can cause over heating which will cause thermal throttling.

11secs boot is what you’d wanting with modern PC’s using SSD’s.
I seem to recall the last time I checked mine after upgrading the boot drive to a SSD was 7secs.

Also, try and check the noise you are hearing is actually air bubbles and not the pump itself.
AIO units come prefilled with coolant and are typically not built to be played with.
Mind you, the pumps are extremely quiet as well.

Ok so hopefully I can get the boot speed even lower.

Regarding the AIO, I’ll check again and let you all know. I believe it’s air bubbles cuz it’s gurgling type noise but it’s sooooo low. If it’s complete silence and the PC glass is open then I can hear it and it’s just annoying after a while. I’ll try to record it and try posting it if I can or somehow

From memory, freshly built, I had the Windows desktop appear in about 7secs, where I could then click the Word icon and then 17secs till I could start typing a document.
So 17secs from power button press to being able to type - I was very happy with that.

So this is the sound coming from the pump. It’s kind of like gurgling / air sounding. It’s not mechanical / whirring type so I’m assuming it’s air.

Let me know if this can be accessed

Lots of ambient noise, but does seem to be ‘watery’ in nature.
But it doesn’t sound like it should be a concern.
