7800XT VS RTX 3070

Hi all, looking for some opinions on possible upgrades, considering either graphics card or CPU

Current parts are MSI RTX 3060 12gb and 12600k

I am looking at either RTX 4070 or 7800XT for graphics and 14600k CPU

I don’t game, so only concern is for editing

What do you think would be the best value upgrade at the moment ?

Also consider, those GPU’s are going to require a PSU around 900watts.

The i9 14900KF would be ideal. Keep the 3060 if budget is an issue.

Being that the member abandoned their last thread + has not been back to this one I`m not too sure how much time and effort helpers should put into this but fwiw suggesting any upgrade/s without first having certain missing important hardware and software information would be speculative to say the least.
