Change the MB to one that is DDR5 and change the CPU to one that has onboard video.
The present board is limited to DDR4 which is now old tech and as a double whammy it restricts the speed of RAM to DDR4 3200MHz whereas the CPU on the list can handle up to DDR5 4800MHz, build for the future, not to be tied to the past.
Some CPU benchmarks for you here the i5-13400F is the least expensive only because it is so limited.
