    No bootable drive?

Hello I’m looking for help with the installation of my new SSD.

I had a 500 GB SSD beforehand, and I assumed that I could just plug in my new 1 TB SSD. After attempting to do so my PC will no longer boot up. I’m not even able to get into bios.

Not only that, but for some reason it is as if my keyboard is no longer getting power so I cannot do anything with my keyboard nor my mouse. Neither of my HDMI ports seem to be getting power either. But my ram and my graphics card, RGB lights still turn on, so it tells me that my motherboard is getting power.

(Update) I’m in bios now, Gigabyte easy mode to be exact. I can see in the SATA section that my SSD is being shown and connected but I am still seeing no bootable device found in the Boot sequence section.
