    Adding to what @Pyro stated

Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better help you.

Sorry it was late and I was wore out . New build by me just trying first boot to get into bios and install windows 10. My build is gigabyte x570s master. Ryzen 5 3600 , corsair vengeance rgb pro 32 GB (4×8) ddr4-3200, gtx 1070 ftw for now. Evga 1000 watt super nova g2, Oh running an air cooler. Not my first build but have never ran into this problem before and all my searches turn up nothing I haven’t already tried wich was basically clear cmos . I have usb wired mouse and keyboard. They are plugged into 2.0 usb plugs the black ones. It’s just not recognizing the keyboard and mouse but it all lights up. It goes straight to the arms screen asking for me to hit f12 to enter bios. Thank you for the help

Are you plugged into the USB on your motherboard or those on the case?

Have you tried another keyboard and mouse?

            welcome to the forums.

I’d be double checking everything - and the best way to do that is re-assemble it outside the case, on a sheet of cardboard.

only connect the essentials - one RAM stick, one drive, no mouse, that sort of thing - just enough to get you into BIOS and using the keyboard at this stage.

I’m going to try the thrift store tomorrow for a basic keyboard and mouse.

                  Wise move.
Also check you are not plugged into the Bios update port.
and you need to press DEL key
                  Not F12

Sounds strange to me that every port isn’t working, I’d get on that test keyboard since it’s cheap and easy- then I’d look at a box rebuild like Bruce suggested.
