Replaced mobo and installed a new radiator, now having some issues

As I mentioned in the subject, I installed a couple of new parts in my system. Here are some specs:
NZXT H700 case (with the ”smart device”)
    x570 A-Pro Motherboard
    Ryzen 5 3600X
Gamerstorm Captain 240 RGB AIO cooler
    AMD Radeon RX 5700
    Corsair 650X PSU Bronze
    4 x 8 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM

Now for some clarification: I originally built this machine a couple years ago. The new mobo was necessary, because the one of the heat sinks was right under my gpu and applying pressure. It ended up becoming a dust trap and I’d have to clean it constantly. I installed the new cooler, because my cpu was hitting some crazy temps sometimes (100-115 C). After getting everything reassembled, I hit the button and all I get are GPU fans, front panel lights, and for some reason, the pump turns on. I’m uncertain if I got CPU power. The case fans are all wired through the smart device (as per NZXTs “guide”) and none of them spin.

soo that’s really it. Hopefully I can find some help. I haven’t been able to find anyone else with this issue yet.

g’day and welcome to the forum (y)

what is the make/model of that Corsair PSU?
Bronze certified is no great for a gaming rig and the RX5700 has a minimum requirement of 600w.
adding the new parts may have pushed the power levels above what the Corsair can handle.
    what were the new parts?

have you tried bypassing that smart device and connecting the fans straight to the mobo headers.
