    Legion T5 parts to replace?

I have had issues with this computer before and had a post on here but some new things have happened since so here goes.

The background is that this is a Legion T5 28IMB05 with the following:

Processor: 10th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-10700 Processor with vPro™ (2.90 GHz, up to 4.80 GHz with Turbo Boost, 8 Cores, 16 Threads, 16 MB Cache)
    Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Super 6GB

Having had it about a year and a half, one morning it would not power on. Hit the button and nothing happens. I took out the PSU and did the paperclip test and it worked. Popped it back into the machine, nothing. Took it out again and put in an old PSU from an IBM comp I had with Windows Vista…and just plugged into the mobo, the 24 pin and the 4 pin labelled ATX3 on the top left of the mobo, and the fans started with their pulsing lights. So I assumed, bad PSU. Took the Legion PSU and plugged it into the IBM and it started??? Then took that Legion PSU and plugged it into the Legion mobo using the same 24 pin and 4 pin and same thing happened? Fans on and lights pulsing.

What could be happening? I was going to just slowly plug in the GPu, HDD, etc one at a time to see where the issue is? Thoughts? Thanks

First thing I would try is to reset cmos.
I cannot find a good pic of the motherboard to see the reset pins.
Try removing the coin battery for about 10 mins.
With the powercord disconnected, remove the battery and press the on switch to discharge any remaing power.
