How do you remove power supply from pc?

I have tried following countless tutorials and videos on how you remove a psu but the videos only every remove like 5 cables and the power supply comes out but mine has like 40 cables and I don’t even know how to remove some of them

Make and model of the PSU would be helpful.

I managed to remove the power supply but have no idea what to do with the new cables that came with the new psu as well as many of some other cables I unplugged which actually had nothing to do with the power supply and weren’t even connected to it since I removed too many of them

For future travelers: Take pictures of everything from different angles before disassembling. Then simply match up the re-assembly to the pictures.

Well given that i am a complete idiot in terms of hardware and pc parts I think I’ll just go to a pc repair shop because I’ll just end up making the problem worse but thanks for the help

sometimes it is better to know your limitations and seek help - nothing wrong with that, we have all been there!!!
              will close for now.
please ask a staffer to re-open when you have news on what was done to fix the PC.

              good luck (y)
