Recently bought a pc and tried to upgrade it with new cpu (5800x) and motherboard (B550-F) When I plug the PC in a red light comes up on the Motherboard and the lights come on but when I press power button nothing working.
Tried reinserting CPU, RAM and replugging in everything.
Any help would be nice as I am stuggling on google to find the solution.
Make sure that the mobo isn’t touching any metal and make sure your stand offs are in the correct position.. If these 2 things are not causing the issue , did you install the chipset drivers for the new mobo?
