    Pc Troubleshooting

    It seems that I may be having another PC issue ??? stuck on the splash screen and can’t access the bios. Tried resetting the CMOS, boot to safe mode (which it has not done), as well as try to access bios. Only thing that makes sense is bad RAM but I literally got new ram a little over a year ago. Any ideas on what is going on?

    I am using a AMD Ryzen 3 3200G, AMD 6600xt, 16GB DDR4, 512GB SSD, and 1TB HDD

      What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

      What is the brand and model name or number of the MB.

      What is the brand and model name or number of the RAM and is it two 8GB sticks or one 16GB sticks.

      Are you using a USB or a PS/2 type keyboard.

      Have you tried another keyboard.
