PC getting stuck on Boot screen

Hello I was working on my pc after a clean reset and was able to boot it just fine after going into the BIOS I raised the ram clock speed from 2133 mhz to 2800 mhz and now my pc boots into the ASROCK screen but I can’t access the bios or windows is just froze on the ASROCK screen I’ve tried disconnecting the other hard drives other than the m.2 with the OS on it as well as disconnected the gpu to try to you the onboard graphics but I still get the same error, I’ve also taken the motherboard battery out and reset using the cmos pins but I’m getting no luck any advice?

    Motherboard: Asrock b450m steel legend
    Ram: T force delta R 4GB DDR4 3000 (x4)
    GPU: Radeon 5700
    CPU: Ryzen 2400G 3.6 ghz

I would say that it is time to try removing the M.2?

Can you boot to a USB drive? Without knowing wat OS and or version, release do not know if booting to a USB then go into troubleshooting section to access the BIOS would help.

I’m using windows 10 latest version not sure which one it was in specific, I wasn’t able to boot to any drives.

However after taking apart every single component and changing out the cmos battery as well as following your advice of removing the m.2 on next startup everything functioned as normal still not sure exactly what it may have been but it is running now

      Thank you!

Sometimes just reseating things helps. Could of been something in the BIOS and when you removed the battery it cleard it.

Let’s leave the thread open for a couple of days and make sure that is stays.

        You are welcome.
