I would not recommend a Dell prebuilt for future-upgrading.
Their power-supplies, motherboards, and cases are usually proprietary and cannot be swapped out for non-Dell units.
For an editing rig, you’ll want a good CPU, lots of ram, and a decent bit of storage. A good GPU will also help speed the process up.
Without seeing the prices, I cannot recommend any of these systems, however, the T7500 does seem to be on the more powerful end, but the 9020 has a better processor.
While these are things you can replace, remember that not everything is interchangeable with OEM machines.
