PC cant boot but fan spinning loudly

I’m new to this forum, anyways some days ago I have been using my computer normally, but all of a sudden it just blacked out . When I switch it on it cannot boot up but the fan is still spinning but its louder than normal. I removed every external components and removed the RAM and cleaned it an mount it on another RAM slot but still didnt solve the problem. Any one please help is the motherboard damaged. I’m confused

if the rig also has a graphics card, remove and clean that also.
and when cleaning the memory and graphics card, clean their circuit boards, the contact points and the motherboard slots they go into. a soft bristled brush works well.

in case it is simply the monitor, can you get your hands on another for testing, or plug your one into another PC?

There is no graphics card . I tried cleaning the RAM and the slots with the motherboard but the problem is still there.

would still be good to isolate the issue - monitor or PC or cable or graphics port.

I was thinking it has somthing to do with the power supply.

it certainly could be that, or the motherboard, or memory.
be nice to cross off the dumb stuff first before delving deeper and starting to swap parts.

Yes I’ll try disassemble every thing and clean it up and assemble it again . If it still cant work I’ll try purchase new parts.

Still did not work .. disassemble and assemble all the mother board components wiped RAM and the Ram slots still nothing . The fan keeps spinning louder when switched on and no display on the monitor. The monitor is fine .

sadly then, you’d have to be thinking it’s either the power supply or motherboard.

your choices would be to take it to a repair shop, OR try and get your hands on another power unit (for starters) either from a friend, neighbour, work PC or family member, OR order a new part and hope you get lucky first up.

you have no graphics card, but in case you ever do, think about getting a good quality power supply.
anything with a 10 year warranty should put you into the right range, but look for 80+ Gold as a minimum.
EVGA, Corsair and SeaSonic all have a solid reputation.
