screen stuck- pc problem

hey, my pc:
intel core i9-9900k
GTX 1060 6GB OC GAMING
2x8 2400MHZ
GIGABYTE Z390 GAMING X-CF
CORSAIR RM750
2k 144hz screen
Sometimes when my computer is in sleep mode and I move the mouse to turn it on, the screen appears like this:

and I need to disconnect my PC from the electrical power.
In addition, sometimes when I watch high-resolution youtube videos on the full screen there are such flashes, only when I minimize the screen it looks fine.

Do you think this is a hardware problem?
Is it the memory that there is not enough MHZ? Or a GPU malfunction? Or maybe a GPU bottleneck for my 2K screen.

I have seen this issue caused by ram not being seated correctly. Might be a good idea to re.seat the hardware in the computer.

Make sure and power down the machine and unplug prior…While you are in there, make sure and remove any visible dust.
