Computer turns on but no keyboard and no display

Hello.

My computer turns on and the fans are spinning, but I’m not getting any display on my monitor. Also, the keyboard and mouse don’t turn on.

My mobo has an ez debug led. I noticed that it gets stuck on dram, goes up to CPU for a split second, then back to dram and repeats. I tried taking out the ram sticks accept the one in the dimm 2 slot and powering on. No luck. Took out CMOS battery and put it back. No luck. Cleaned the ram. No luck.

My mobo is an MSI b150m mortar, i7 CPU, Corsair vengeance ram (32 gigs) , using cooler master.

Any suggestions?

I tried taking out the ram sticks accept the one in the dimm 2

Try replacing ram stick one at a time in dimm 2 and power on
Do this with every stick of ram
