Pc for 3d scanner

Hello I need help to build a PC to work with 3d scanner and proicess the models.
Scanner is Artec Micro. Here’s system requirements on manufacturer’s site. The dealer also told me that Nvidia cards are more preferable than Radeon.
Becides the scanner and it’s software i will use Pixologic Zbrush.
Actually, I was thinking of some of RTX GPU. as I would like to go to game dev in future and use ray tracing.
