M/B and CPU Supporting (not booting)

I have built PC with CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 (YD1600BBM6IAE) and M/B: GA-A320M-S2H (rev. 1.2) but not booting (no any video signal).
What do you think? this a bios issue or a GPU (not integrated) issue?

have you verified the motherboard, memory, process and graphics card are all compatible?
I would be disassembling the whole rig onto a piece of cardboard and only re-assembling the core components needed to get it to boot to the screen where you can enter BIOS.

so leave off the keyboard and mouse (yeah I know - "but how will I enter BIOS? - at this stage we simply want to get the screen to reliably show a signal), no DVD unit, only one drive (doesn’t need Windows on it just yet), only one memory stick, no GPU just the onboard graphics if the CPU supports it.
