Hi, please assist as my PC is running tremendously slow. anyone expert that could help to assist me to guide me to repair

Have you tried to run the machine in safe mode?

Or have you tried a clean boot?

List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)

Click Go post the result.
