New Build and No HDMI Output

Hey all, this is my first post and I am hoping you can help. I have built pcs in the past but I mean way past. For Christmas we bought my son all the hardware to build an entry level gaming computer. We got everything together and powered it up to install Windows and I have no signal on the monitor for the HDMI output. Here are the component specs…

    Case- NZXT 510
    Power Supply- EVGA 500w
    Motherboard- Asrock Z590 Pro4
    Chipset- Intel I5-11600K 3.9ghz
    Memory- 16gb Ripjaw 3200DDR4
SSD- Western Digital Blue NVMe SN
    Wifi/Bluetooth Card- TP Link AC1200

When powered on, the leds on the motherboard light up and cycle through the colors, the mouse lights up and all the fans power up. It seems like there is an issue on the HDMI output. I have contacted ASrock tech support and they recommended reset the bios which I did with no success. Now they want the case speaker connected and then to power up the motherboard outside the case but I don’t have a speaker? Any help would be appreciated!!

    Hi
The first thing I can see is the Chipset- Intel I5-11600K 3.9ghz is not on the support list for the motherboard ASRock > Z590 Pro4
It list the KF model but not the K model
Did you tell Asrock support what intel chip you have?
    Cheers

Hi Peter, I listed it on the form that I filled out from ASrock. They replied back with a bios reset procedure. When I responded back about that not working the sent me instructions for an RMA for the motherboard. We reseated the cpu and tried a display port to hdmi adapter and the same thing happens through the display port. We have tested the monitor and cable and both are good.

Sorry Your chip is listed on the web site as anIntel I5-11600K (BO) so when I did my original search it did not show in the listing.
Is it one stick of 16gb Ram or two

You posted before me. That’s why I was asking if it was 2 sticks Always remove and start with1.
If 2 sticks did you put 1 in A1 and 1 in B1 slots
Could you please mark your thread solved
