Streaming games crash.

Hi. I have 16 GB, of ram. And rtx 3060, a Ryzen 7 3700x and a 1440p monitor. I play on Xbox and stream on PC. This works fine so I decided to try and stream and game at the same time on me pc. I thought this would work because I can game at 300 FPS with no lag and perfect performance. And I can stream with my PC from my console with perfect performance. But the moment I load up my game and click start stream on obs. My pc crashes. I got extra cooling, checked my temps and they are fine. None of my hardware is at max load during this time. I can’t even stream in 720p without it crashing. I tried many things. Please please help. I spent so much time and money building this pc. Again, I can both stream and game perfectly. But when I combine them on the same system! instant crash

How many peripherals do you have connected to the pc.. Also give us your complete psu spec’s..
