PC Part Advice: Do these prices seem reasonable?

Context/ Requirements

Note: I am based in the UK so discussions are from this perspective

I am currently looking into getting a new PC and ideally am looking for something top of the range which will last a while.
The PC should be able to play current triple AAA titles along with future ones in the years to come. Also it should be able to handle video editing and processing along with potential Machine Learning applications (running Neural Nets and other models locally).

With the next-generation architecture of CPUs, Motherboards, RAM being released or at least being planned for release in the imminent future I want something which would still work 3-4 years down the line and ultimately allow for easy upgradability too ie not a DDR4 only motherboard since if I want to upgrade RAM in say 2 years and its DDR5 is common stuff would have to change the entire board.

Current Selection

Due to the current GPU situation along with wanting to be able to get a build fully completed as soon as possible I have been searching for providers who can allow for the creation of customizable PCs (PC building companies) rather than building it myself.

I stumbled across xxxxxxxxxxxxxx who seem good and I subsequently customized one of their builds.

awesome build, with a price tag to much - but that is what it is!

part selection seems very good to me.
personally I think Lian cases are over-priced, but with the amount of RGB components you have inside, you might as well show them off.

so, while I can’t comment on the company, everything else looks ball park.
minor questions - why one NVMe at 1TB and the other at 500GB?
and is the HDD at 2TB big enough?
and what about backups?
