So others can assist you

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

Include the make and model of the Power Supply Unit if this is a Desktop.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

What drivers and where did they come from?

Have you tried resetting the network back to a factory state?

Do you have anything over clocked?

Active power scheme: High performance
Set the power scheme to Balanced?

Hibernation: Enabled
If you do not need it or use it disable Hibernation
Using an Admin Command Prompt
powercfg.exe /hibernate off

RAM 8.00GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 1599MHz (16-18-18-36)
Suggest getting a matching RAM to have the system running Dual Channel and not Single Channel. Which can also sometimes cut the speed of the ram in half as well which is why you should always use RAM in pairs.

Physical Memory
Memory Usage: 47 %
Total Physical: 5.95 GB
Available Physical: 3.13 GB

As you can see almost 50% is being used and allocated by the system.

******, Why? I’m surprised you can even play that much with onboard graphics… and nothing overclocked? You have to set your RAM speed in Bios to 3200

Buy another 8gig stick of matching RAM…must be dual channel for best results.

Check your PSU and then buy a GPU card. Anything is better than onboard

Don’t expect to play games on this till you get the right parts.

If you do not upgrade your GPU and RAM then you will never play games of any quality, candy crush for sure though…lol
