The BIOS needs to be updated before the MB will be able to recognise the CPU.

The RAM is too fast for the CPU, see specs here

Never only have the one storage device, have a minimum of two, one just for Windows and one larger capacity drive for data only + using as one of your back up options.

Zero need for this as the MB already has outstanding audio capabilities and options.
Once the above build was up and running it would be a nice rig, nice but expensive.
Why do you feel the need to spend so much on a new build, what will it be used for, if only gaming there is no need to spend so much on a CPU, eight of the twelve cores would be doing zero most if not all of the time.
Many thanks for the suggestions and sorry for the slow response,
I will change that ram for 3200MHz RAM.
I was originally going for an 8 core CPU but the 12 core option was available at a similar price from company I am buying it from. Reason I am choosing it is that I run a lot of modelling software.
I have to get that sound card to run 600 Ohm studio headphones which MB cannot support . The company should update the BIOS for me as well.
Again many thanks as I did not spot that ram issue!
