I just bought my first computer, an Asus G15CE-B9. I read a lot of reviews about it overheating so when I picked it up I got a set of fans to put in right away. Corsair LL120. I don’t have a splitter yet, but put them all in place anyway and tried to plug 1 in to use for tonight. The lights are on for the fan but it doesn’t spin. In the bios it shows Cha fan 1 as not available which is where I have it plugged in. This is the only port I could find to plug it in, and have read that there is only 1. Can anyone help?

I did get the 3 pack. It didn’t come with a hub, I’m hoping to receive that tomorrow. Each did have 2 wires, but each fan has 1 wire marked for rgb lighting so I plugged the other into cha fan. I will need the hub to plug in all 3 power wires. The fan lights all work, but when I try to power the fans they show as N/AOriginally posted by Brucedid you get the 3 pack of fans?
and did it come with a fan hub?
does each fan have two cables, one for power and one to control the RGB lighting?
which cable did you plug into the CHA FAN header on the mobo?

It turned out to be 2 of the 3 fans were bad for some reason. I decided to just buy an AIO which came with the fan/rgb hub. Only 1 of the fans would spin while plugged into it. I tried them on different slots to confirm. Now I’m ranging from 50-60c during the day, and 40-50c at night while gaming and watching a stream or show on another monitor.Originally posted by Brucelets wait for the hub as that will make everything simpler.
all 3 fans will be powered by the hub and the LED’s controlled by the hub.
hopefully it’ll be that easy!!!
Thank you for trying to help!Comment
