CPU and RAM light on when trying to boot PC

Assembled a PC recently and when trying to boot it, the CPU and RAM light went on the motherboard. I checked the CPU and it has no bent pins I don’t know what else to look for.

Make sure your mobo is not touching the case.. Check all connections.. Give us your complete pc sepc’s, including the psu spec’s..

Is that one 16GB stick or two Xs 8GB sticks.

Are you sure that you are connecting the screen to the GPU and not one of the video ports on the MB.
