However, I will be editing lots of 4K videos. So many options and prices out there. Would anyone please recommend an adequate video card that would run smooth regarding 4K videos? I have been using Your advise is much appreciated.

You would possibly need a high end graphics card - one of the newer ones by nVidia.
You state you’re not able to download Windows 11, did the windows tool state the problem was graphics card? Usually it is the lack of tpm module &/or the age of the processor. Win 11 requires tpm, secure boot to be enabled & 8th Gen or newer processor or similar.Comment

4K…hmmmmmm RTX 3070 or better
RX 5700 XT or better
These is the recommended cards or better
ps: his specs will run Windows 11 but he will not have a TPM Module. Real good luck on finding one also.
When you purchase a MB, Ricot29, make sure it has TPM module either soldered onboard and ready, or a module to go with it. You would have to go into BIOS and engage the proper settings as it is not “on” under default. Otherwise, No Windows 11 for you.Comment

Although Windows 11 has a minimum spec list (which my laptop passes) there’s some requirements which that list doesn’t mention:
A minimum 8th Gen or newer Intel processor.
TPM 2.0
Secure boot.
If you purchase a new motherboard then ensure it has TPM & Secure boot capability & that the cpu is 8th gen - preferably 9th gen.Comment
