Built a pc but it does not start

Hello i just built my own PC with the mainboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550 GAMING WIFI and ryzen 9 5950x Processor. If i want to start the PC nothing happens, no fans are working. The only thing which is working is the RGB of the mainboard. I tried the following things:

-checked all components and cables for correct installation.
    • started the pc with a screwdriver instead of the power button but nothing happened.
    • made a bios flashback with an FAT32 and MBR-Partion table USB-Stick (Bios flashback seems to work because the green led blinks fast for 5 minutes) but the pc still does not start and no fans are working.

I made the bios flashback with the cpu and ram installed should I try it without?

    Im happy for any help!

Does the PC show the motherboard manufacturers logo?
Is there a hard drive connected which has Windows installed?
Is the power supply a high enough wattage to supply full power?

I would dismantle it and reassemble everything on a table or the floor on a piece of cardboard.
Makes it a lot easier to swap components, check connections and avoid shorts.
