Are these good specs for a sub $800 computer?

This is my first build ever and while I have gotten advice from friends, I still feel like I am uncertain if this build is efficient for its price or if it could easily be made cheaper.

I am not going for a build with great graphics or anything like that, I am simply looking for a mid-tier build that I can do things such as play games, code programs, and design 3d models on. I still want to reinforce that as long as I can run these programs with practical framerate I will be happy.

Also, the extra $300 is for a monitor, headset, mouse/keyboard, and operating system. These aren’t things I care too much about so long as they do the job.

For example, games like Black Ops Cold War, Civilization 6, Warframe, or Rainbow Six Siege. When it comes to other programs blender is all I feel is 100% necessary.

for an entry level gaming rig, those specs will be fine.
they won’t set your world ablaze, and I’ve no idea on what FPS you’ll get, but as long as you don’t expect miracles or play tyhe latest and greatest games, you’ll have yourself an average rig.
and of course the adage “pay more, get more” rings true here.

personally, I’d like to see your PSU go from 500 to 750watts though.
