    PC turns on but Monitor not picking signal up and going into sleep mode. all new parts.

    I have tried different monitors so far and have tried it with and without the graphics card same result.
    I have used different lead connectors for the HDMI

    I cannot get to bios at all i havent been able to pull up the screen what so ever. any help please ? ? ?

    Graphics - Radeon RX 580
    PSU - Corsair TX 550M 550W
    Ram - Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB
    SSD - PNY 480GB
    Motherboard - MSI AMD B450 -A PRO MAX
    CPU - RYZEN 5 2600

    You will not get video from any of the MBs own video ports as the CPU does not have integrated graphics.

    Have you got the eight pin power connector from the PSU attached to the GPU, it must be the 6+2 pin and the 4+4 pin one that is intended for the CPU.

    Have you tried the GPU in the other PCI-E slot.

    Do you have a link to the RAM that you have.

    Do you have a keyboard connected to the MB.
