so you want to build your own PC and so far you just have the memory?
unusual place to start, but OK, have to start somewhere.

as well as budget, what is the main purpose of the PC?

since you have the RAM, you’ll need to get a motherboard that supports 1600Mhz which is going to be a limiting factor.
not many support that old, slow speed anymore.
any why the 5 sticks? 4x8GBs and 1x8GB.

then decide on storage: SSD, HDD, m.2 SSD? and get the mobo that suits that.

if gaming, get a good graphics card and match it to a high wattage power supply.

do you need an DVD drive, are you into see-through cases, are RGB lights your thing, do it need individually controlled fans, do you want liquid cooling?

it’s a rabbit hole where having the memory is just scratching the surface. (y)
