No post no beep fan spinning

    1. Mobo - Gigabyte GA H110M S2 Intel H110M Chipset Motherboard
    2. PSU - AVF Extreme Power 650W
    3. CPU/Processor - i5 Intel Core
    4. GPU - Asus GT730 FML2G
    5. RAM - Avexir DDR4 8 GB
    6. Hard disk - SSD Sandisk

The mobo and psu is newly replaced. All hardware works fine but no post no display.
    1. I use vga cable then switch to hdmi cable. Result no display no post no beep. But when i check both cable connecting laptop to monitor, both ok.
    2. I use vga cable on GPU then change to mobo vga connector, the result same thing, no display no post no beep.
    3. I do noticed the mobo box comes with cd but i cannot install it since my pc not display anything.

    Can anyone help my case?

I want to avoid technician in my area as they always suggest to just buy a new one..

While waiting for other to post.

    Lets try this
    1. make sure that you are plugging into the display card and not the onboard.
    2. Remove the display card and connect to the onboard and see if you get anything.

What DDR4 ram is it make and model

Wouldn`t trust the PSU as far as I could throw it, especially if it is the real old version that has a floppy disk drive connector.

          1. I have plug into gpu and then change to mobo. Same result no display. The vga and hdmi connector both i used. The connector is not faulty so the only left is mobo and gpu. All fans and all usb port working so mobo is ok i guess. The gpu fan works but when connected to monitor, no display.

Being that you will not provide the requested information or take on board that the PSU is garbage I see no reason to keep this thread open while you also have active threads elsewhere such as here

Fwiw, that model of PSU is years old and the lot bit of technology that the PSU actually has became obsolete years ago.

i just saw a cheap psu on lazada for avf 650w psu. would this be ok for my pc?

            Can the PSU handles it?
