that mobo has 3 system fan headers and 1 CPU fan header.
all your 120mm fans will go into the Corsair fan controller.
you’ll have some to spare on the mobo and one spare on the controller, for whatever else you may be adding like water pump RGB’s or something.
the mobo has 4 fan headers all up, and the controller has 4 - so yeah - that should be all you’ll ever need.
as to whether everything should work, I cannot say, too many variables on how you would end up physically configuring your system.
