No POST DRAM light on

I started to build a pc by myself with nothing but YouTube. I had some trouble but got everything to turn on and work. Then I connected HDMI to my gpu then I don’t get display. I tried taking out ram putting them into different slots then putting one in into each slot to see if the DRAM light turns off on my motherboard but I get nothing. I’ve also tried a different faster ram but still nothing. I’m stuck at this point
